What are your delivery charges like?

  • Free delivery with minimum purchase of $80
  • Fee of $10 applies for orders below $80
  • No minimum order for store pickup

(No delivery will be made outside Singapore or to post office boxes)

In the event of any unsuccessful delivery due to customer no-show, payment issues, cancellation or postponement on the delivery day itself, a SGD$20.00 surcharge will be imposed for re-delivery, which must be re-scheduled within 2 days due to the freshness of the food.

Do you deliver outside of Singapore?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

How do I pay for my order?

We prefer Credit Card Payments, Grab Pay and DBS Paylah.

You can also pay via bank transfer to :

Do you charge GST?

No we do not.

How soon will I receive my order?

Your floof’s food will be cooked fresh on the day or the day before the delivery. 3 days advance notice is needed for preparation.

Our delivery timeslots are as follow:

Wednesday - Friday

Between 12:00pm and 5:00pm or 6:00pm and 9:00pm*

Saturday

Between 10:00am and 2:00pm*

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Public Holidays

No Delivery.

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

As our food is made fresh upon ordering and are perishable, we cannot accept any return, refund or exchange requests.
