You will receive an email notification upon ordering. Upon receipt of your delivery order, our Delivery Service Officer will contact you to arrange for delivery. Your delivery order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation call from our Delivery Service Officer.

As our food is cooked fresh upon ordering, we require some time to prepare your food.

We have pre-arranged delivery routes on different days of the week, and will schedule your delivery based on your delivery address. 

Wednesday : Central and West

Thursdays : East, North East and North

As our ingredients are fresh, FLooF reserves the right to refuse amendments.
Customised meals cannot be amended once the order is placed. We can only do so for subscriptions for later orders

As our food is freshly made-to-order, cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Otherwise, full payment will be charged.


We prefer PayNow, Credit Card Payments, and Grab Pay.

As our food is made fresh upon ordering and are perishable, we cannot accept any return, refund or exchange requests.

Delivery Schedule

Wednesdays : Central & West

Thursdays : North, East & North East

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday : No delivery

Public Holidays : We still deliver on PH, a dog's gotta eat!

Time Range : 11am - 10pm

We will contact you for a suitable time range for delivery.

We send the food out in batches, in cooler bags or boxes.

  • Free delivery with minimum purchase of $80
  • Fee of $12 applies for orders below $80
  • No minimum order for store pickup. Please fix a time with us so that we can freshly prepare your food.

No delivery will be made outside Singapore or to post office boxes

In the event of any unsuccessful delivery due to customer no-show, payment issues, cancellation or postponement on the delivery day itself, a SGD$15.00 surcharge will be imposed for re-delivery, which must be re-scheduled within 2 days due to the freshness of the food.
