Highly recommended! Came across Floof in Jan. My mini pom (Nikko) was diagnosed acute pancreatitis and kidney problem. I used to fed her another brand which is very FAMOUS now she was taking gently cooked human grade food (kangaroo meat). For so many months with that brand, countless of adjustment for her custom diet with them but still her blood test was never once stabilize. Trusted that FAMOUS brand but ended full of disappointment and customer service is getting worse. No response and I came across Floof.sg when I was searching for alternatives for my dog. Appreciate Floof’s quick response and patience. Trust me just the first trial of 2 weeks of food, blood test came out well, only kidney blood test remained abit high. So she did some adjustment for our 2nd order. She kept me update on what she adjust n always follow up with me. Just 2nd blood test my dog had last night at My family vet. My pup has allergies to multiple foods, including, beef, Lamb, chicken, kelp, potato etc. Kangaroo and crocodile meat, thankfully, is something she could consume. However, commercial off-the-shelf food is not suitable as it still contain some allergens.
Luckily, I came across the Floof brand, which offers cooked food with limited ingredients. The plus point is that we are also able to customise each protein bowl, by removing specific ingredient which doesn’t suit my pup. Lena has been very helpful in providing advice, especially in the initial phase when I was totally clueless.
My pup has been on Floof kangaroo diet for several months now and I’m glad it has made a huge positive impact to her health and well-being.
